ADMINISTRATIVE:
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a detailed oriented individual as our Payroll Administrator. This person must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization are required. Knowledge of excel is necessary. Previous payroll experience with Insperity/Timestar and ABRA are preferred. This is a full-time salaried position. Key responsibilities are:
Manages the payroll programs/processes, including the integration of time from the Insperity time system. This includes reconciling and balancing all payroll data prior to transmission to the bank
Verify and submit bi-weekly, quarterly, and year end taxes
Close out payroll for the year-end process and verify all information is up-to-date.
Provide assistance to supervisors and employees with questions or concerns.
Works with the Manager of Human Resources with all files, employee records, and other administrative functions with individual agencies as required.
HEALTH SERVICES:
HEALTH SERVICES ADVOCATE F/T AND P/T
This position requires transporting and accompanying Participants to their medical, dental, ancillary appointments or procedures and perform other medical office duties.  Ideal candidate must be able to transfer participants when required and this includes lifting their adaptive equipment in and out of vehicles. You must have initiative, excellent attendance, be detail oriented and able to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word and e-mail, Excel a definite plus. Must be able speak, read, and write English. Satisfactory completion of paid DSP training within 120 days of employment required. Valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months required.  Daytime hours:  9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday ( must
be flexible with schedule). There are three openings for this position.
OPERATIONS:
JANITORIAL/CUSTODIAL F/T
We are seeking an individual that is experienced and has knowledge in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning tasks. You must be a self-starter with ability to follow directions. In addition, must be able to verbally communicate to and direct the activities of adults with developmental disabilities. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. P/T hours Monday – Friday 7am-11am. The F/T position is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30 pm.
THRIFT SHOP AND PET SHOP ASSOCIATE
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an individual to assist with both pet shop and thrift shop tasks. Typical duties include working with individuals through the process of adopting rescue puppies and kittens, animal care, answering phones, sorting through donations and working the register. Must be a very personable, happy and energetic person. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, must be able to lift heavy items. Other duties include the supervision of adults with developmental disabilities. This is a full time position.
SECURITY OFFICER
Ensure the quality of life for participants, staff and guests by providing a safe and secure place to live, work and visit. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Background or exposure to any police or security work is beneficial. The ability to act and think independently while sometimes under pressure and or in emergencies with the ability to follow written and verbal direction. You must have a valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the prior year. Basic knowledge/skills in general building repairs in the case of physical plant emergencies. During non-business hours, you must be able to respond properly to physical plant and other emergencies. Hours: Monday & Tuesday 4pm 12:00am, Thursday & Friday 12:00am 8:00am and Sunday 4pm – 12:00am.
DRIVER-F/T OR P/T
Provides safe and on-time transportation for adults with developmental disabilities to and from homes, job sites, recreational activities, train stations, bus stops. High school or GED. Experience in transportation such as school bus driver or driver for Special Education. Valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months and provide proof of insurance. F/T hours are M-F 9am-6pm. P/T hours are M-F 3pm-6pm with possible fill-in hours.
MAGNOLIA CAFE:
COOK F/T and P/T
Magnolia Cafe & Bakery is seeking a full-time cook to be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation and line cooking. You must complete food sanitation course, which will be provided. You will be training and assisting adults with developmental disabilities in various job tasks. Experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work weekends.
DISHWASHER F/T
A dishwasher at Magnolia Cafe must be able to lift 50 pounds, do janitorial tasks, dish washing, and trash duties. All tasks as assigned.
WAIT STAFF
​​​​​​​We are seeking a full or part-time Server for the Magnolia Cafe, which is a full service restaurant. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and Friday and Saturday banquets. We need the Server to have flexible daytime hours, and must be able to work weekends.
VOCATIONAL:
VOCATIONAL MANAGER
The Vocational Manager provides case management services for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities involved in employment/day programs or Home Based Support through **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Duties include assessment of skills, coordination of both necessary and preferred activities, and providing training to individuals on the caseload.  A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services is required along with at least one year of experience with the I/DD population.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Vocational Managers are needed for individuals working in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. businesses/day programs, and with the Home Based Support program. Hours are daytime, Mon-Fri.
JOB COACH
The Job Coach provides work training to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is energetic, a self-starter and physically able to train persons on job tasks. High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with people with disabilities preferred but not required. Job Coach will work at community work sites and our Campus businesses. Hours are 7AM-3PM Mon-Fri.
ACTIVITY ASSISTANT
Are you someone who is creative, energetic and a self-starter?  If so, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. needs people to provide services to seniors and retirees with intellectual/developmental disabilities. High School diploma or equivalent required. One year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred but not required; DSP certification is a plus. We’re looking for someone with great energy and interpersonal skills. Hours negotiable; full or part time position.
PROGRAMS:
CASE MANAGER
The person selected for this position is responsible for the behavior and residential programming for a select caseload of Participants. Duties include behavior plan creation and monitoring, Individual Service Plan creation and monitoring, Participant assessment, coordination of both necessary and preferred activities for the individuals on the caseload, and direct care as needed.
Minimum requirements for the position include one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and a clean driving record. The person selected must be QIDP approved, or become approved within six months of hire. Training as needed will be provided by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
RESIDENTIAL:
DIRECT SUPPORT PERSON
We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available (classes held Monday-Friday during normal business hours). You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening. Part time and full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available. Salary is higher with experience and DSP Certification.
LIVE-IN APARTMENT DIRECT SUPPORT PERSON
Rent apartment located in an on-grounds residential home, rent is $100 monthly. Must be employed with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., must be in the apartment from 10pm to 7am to facilitate any emergency situations, and work from 7am to 9am as a Direct Support Person. DSP Certification will be provided by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
DIRECT SUPPORT PERSON – AM FLOATER SUPPORT
We are seeking caring individuals to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, flexible and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This person will support the other DSP staff in various residential areas as needed. In cases of emergency, this person will drive or accompany a Participant to an Acute Care Center or ER. While there, they will be responsible for advocating for the Participant and assisting both the Participant and the medical provider in those situations. Afterwards, they will be responsible for relaying all medical information back to all concerned **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. staff. A high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
