ADMINISTRATIVE:
OFFICE MANAGER & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT/CEO
The Office Manager / Executive Assistant provides administrative and organizational support for the President and CEO of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. General duties include: coordinating communication with the Board of Directors and Agency Staff Directors; scheduling meetings; generating collateral materials germane to Agency context (i.e., PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Google Drive docs, sheets, forms, etc.), as well as supervising day to day operations and activities of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Administration Building.
The most successful candidate will demonstrate precise written communication skills, oral communication mastery, and a complete working knowledge of office tools (i.e., Microsoft Suite, Google Applications, office phone systems, copier machines, mailroom equipment, etc.). The most successful candidate is someone who is highly organized and efficient. This position is integral to providing coordination and support for various department projects including the supervision of Participant administrative staff.
At least 5 years of business and administrative experience is required.
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a detailed oriented individual as our Payroll Administrator. This person must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization are required. Knowledge of excel is necessary. Previous payroll experience with Insperity/Timestar and ABRA are preferred. This is a full-time salaried position. Key responsibilities are:
Manages the payroll programs/processes, including the integration of time from the Insperity time system. This includes reconciling and balancing all payroll data prior to transmission to the bank
Verify and submit bi-weekly, quarterly, and year end taxes
Close out payroll for the year-end process and verify all information is up-to-date.
Provide assistance to supervisors and employees with questions or concerns.
Works with the Manager of Human Resources with all files, employee records, and other administrative functions with individual agencies as required.
HEALTH SERVICES:
HEALTH SERVICES ADVOCATE F/T AND P/T
Willing to train the right applicant who wants a job that is challenging, and rewarding. We will teach you medical terminology and how to interact with medical professionals; all while accompanying our Participants with developmental disabilities to their doctor’s appointments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic computer skills. Must be able speak, read, and write English. Valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months required. Hours would be daytime hours, Monday through Friday, no work on holidays. Flexible scheduling available. Entry level employment opportunity or great for retirees looking for something worthwhile.
REGISTERED NURSE (RN FOR FIRST SHIFT)
Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse currently registered in the State of Illinois as an RN to work with developmentally disabled adults. This is a first shift position and will require at least two weekend days a month Holidays off. Flexible scheduling is available. Retired nurses looking for something worthwhile or new nursing graduates looking to expand their horizons are welcome to apply.
OPERATIONS:
BAKERY & COUNTRY STORE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
We are seeking an individual to assist in production of consistently high quality specialty foods including chocolate products, sauces, spreads, and baked good items. You will provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with experience in food production is required.
BAKERY & COUNTRY STORE RETAIL ASSOCIATE
We are seeking an individual to assist in the retail area of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Country Store. Responsibilities will include opening and closing the cash register, customer care, inventory and restocking. You will provide supervision to adults with developmental disabilities. Must be able to work one weekend day.
P/T FARMYARD-ANIMAL KEEPER
The Farmyard department is looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join their team of dedicated Animal Keepers. Individuals must maintain high animal welfare standards and be physically able to work in all outdoor conditions. Previous animal care experience or education is a bonus but not required, a willingness to learn, retain, and apply new information is a must. Individuals must be comfortable talking to the public about animals, answering phones, greeting guests and maintaining appropriate customer service. Animal Keeper duties include but are not limited to: cleaning, feeding, watering, and caring for the health of the over 300 animals that call the Farmyard home. Animal Keepers also operate and help maintain attractions, including but not limited to: miniature train, carousel, bounce house, and miniature golf course. Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk or stand for extended periods of time.
F/T SEASONAL ANIMAL KEEPER
The Farmyard department is looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join their team of dedicated Animal Keepers for the 2022 season. This is a seasonal position running from April/May through September/October. Timeline is flexible with a minimum commitment of at least three months. This position is ideal for college students wishing to gain animal experience and internships for college credit. Previous animal care experience or some education in an animal related field is required. Individuals must be comfortable talking to the public about animals, answering phones, greeting guests and maintaining appropriate customer service. Animal Keeper duties include but are not limited to: cleaning, feeding, watering and caring for the health of the over 300 animals that call the Farmyard home. Animal Keepers also operate and help maintain attractions. Must be able to lift 50lbs, walk or stand for extended periods of time and work in all outdoor conditions.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT:
SECURITY OFFICER
Ensure the quality of life for participants, staff and guests by providing a safe and secure place to live, work and visit. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Background or exposure to any police or security work is beneficial. The ability to act and think independently while sometimes under pressure and or in emergencies with the ability to follow written and verbal direction. You must have a valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the prior year. Basic knowledge/skills in general building repairs in the case of physical plant emergencies. During non-business hours, you must be able to respond properly to physical plant and other emergencies. Hours: Monday & Tuesday 4pm 12:00am, Thursday & Friday 12:00am 8:00am and Sunday 4pm-12:00am.
JANITORIAL/CUSTODIAL F/T
We are seeking an individual that is experienced and has knowledge in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning tasks. You must be a self-starter with ability to follow directions. In addition, must be able to verbally communicate to and direct the activities of adults with developmental disabilities. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

DRIVER-F/T OR P/T
Provides safe and on-time transportation for adults with developmental disabilities to and from homes, job sites, recreational activities, train stations, bus stops. High school or GED. Experience in transportation such as school bus driver or driver for Special Education. Valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months and provide proof of insurance. F/T, M-F 8am-5pm.

MAINTENANCE/GROUNDS F/T
This position will assist with repair, service and maintenance of all **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. buildings. Experience in all types of maintenance such as basic electrical and carpentry. Grounds work includes, but is not limited to lawn care, trees, shrubs, litter and garbage removal. Snow and ice removal in inclement weather. You must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record for the past 12 months. You must be able to pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical and drug screening. This is a full time position.

MAGNOLIA CAFE:
COOK F/T and P/T
Magnolia Cafe & Bakery is seeking a full-time and part-time cook to be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation and line cooking. You must complete food sanitation course, which will be provided. You will be training and assisting adults with developmental disabilities in various job tasks. Experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work weekends.
DISHWASHER F/T
A dishwasher at Magnolia Cafe must be able to lift 50 pounds, do janitorial tasks, dish washing, and trash duties. All tasks as assigned.
WAIT STAFF
We are seeking a full or part-time Server for the Magnolia Cafe, which is a full service restaurant. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and Friday and Saturday banquets. We need the Server to have flexible daytime hours, and must be able to work weekends.
VOCATIONAL:
ACTIVITY LEADER
Are you someone who is creative, energetic and a self-starter? If so, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. needs people to provide services to seniors and retirees with intellectual/developmental disabilities. High School diploma or equivalent required. One year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred but not required; DSP certification is a plus. We’re looking for someone with great energy and interpersonal skills.
Hours negotiable; full or part time position.
JOB COACH F/T and P/T
The Job Coach provides work training to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is energetic, a self-starter and physically able to train persons on job tasks. High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with people with disabilities preferred but not required. Job Coach will work at community work sites and our Campus businesses. Hours for full time
are 7AM-3PM Mon-Fri.
Part time days and hours are flexible.
RECREATION SPECIALIST (F/T)
Responsibilities include preparing and teaching classes, leading recreational activities, monitoring Participants and managing assigned tasks. Must be able to drive 15 passenger vans to and from program activities. Must have the ability to physically train and assist persons in sports and fitness activities. Bachelor’s Degree
or related experience
in wellness, recreation, physical education, leisure services, therapeutic recreation, exercise science in the field of developmental disabilities required. Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license, with a good driving record.
VOCATIONAL CASE MANAGER
The Vocational Manager provides case management services for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities involved in employment/day programs or Home Based Support through **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Duties include assessment of skills, coordination of both necessary and preferred activities, and providing training to individuals on the caseload. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services is required along with at least one year of experience with the I/DD population. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Vocational Managers are needed for individuals working in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. businesses/day programs. Hours are daytime, Mon-Fri.
HBS CASE MANAGER
The HBS QIDP is responsible to help families and participants of the Home Based Support Services program to direct and manage services. They also provide case management services for a group of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. participants who work in community employment settings.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services field plus one year experience working directly with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is required. Case Management experience preferred. The person selected must be QIDP approved or able to complete the QIDP training within 6 months of employment. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. will provide training as needed. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
RESIDENTIAL:
CASE MANAGER
The person selected for this position is responsible for the behavior and residential programming for a select caseload of Participants. Duties include behavior plan creation and monitoring, Individual Service Plan creation and monitoring, Participant assessment, coordination of both necessary and preferred activities for the individuals on the caseload, and direct care as needed. Minimum requirements for the position include one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and a clean driving record. The person selected must be QIDP approved, or become approved within six months of hire. Training as needed will be provided by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
DIRECT SUPPORT PERSON
We are seeking caring individuals to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available but you must be flexible with DSP classes for the first 120 days of employment. You must also show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire and you must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, as well as be able to pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening. We currently have various 2

shift positions available including weekends.
We have a variety of flexible shifts and hours available to fit peoples’ schedules!
Salary will be commensurate with experience. There is a $500 Sign-on bonus for F/T new hires, $250 for P/T new hires.
LIVE-IN APARTMENT DIRECT SUPPORT PERSON
RENT-FREE one-bedroom apartment in an on-ground residential home. The renter must be employed with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. They must be in their apartment from 10 pm-6:30 am Sunday through Thursday night to be responsible for and facilitate any emergency situations. The renter also must work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am-9 am to assist with medication administration, breakfast, and other assigned duties. The renter will be trained by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to become a Certified Direct Support Professional. Children/pets are not allowed. Renter must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
