Seeking a Dispatcher / Service Coordinator for a busy, well established company!
Job duties include:
Coordinating service techs and work
Take and dispatch service calls
Check in and scan field tickets
Post payments to system
Register equipment online
Create work orders & attach proposals
Parts warranty and warranty claims
Create bids for service techs
Request inspections and issue purchase orders
Requirements:
2-4 years of dispatch experience preferred
Advanced computer and math skills
Ability to write reports
Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
