Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable, experienced Delivery Driver to become a vital part of our delivery team. Physical strength and stamina, as well as a clean driving record, are needed. Delivery Drivers must be organized, efficient and professional at all times while ensuring deliveries are made accurately and on time.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eWhat you'll do:u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003culu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Read maps or set GPS to determine and track daily route. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Load and organize product inventory from warehouse into your vehicle and unload products in and out of truck as needed throughout the day. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Make sure inventory matches manifest (accompanying shipping document). u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Scan or write in confirmation of delivery upon arrival to recipient client. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Collect signature and/or payments at delivery locales. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Deliver goods to specific locations determined by clients. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Check in with warehouse on delivery progress as needed. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the proper personnel at the end of each shift. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while enroute, to supervisors. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Always follow rules and regulations of the road. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Follow all company and state enforced safety requirements for loading and unloading product. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003enu003c/ulu003eu003cbru003eAbout you:u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003culu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Have a valid driver's license. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Must Pass a DOT physical u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Physically fit and strong, able to lift 25 pounds comfortably. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts a plus. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Professional and pleasant disposition, able to give all clients a positive customer service experience. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Candidate should be dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003eu003cliu003e Excellent time-management and organizational skills required. u003c/liu003enu003cbru003enu003c/ulu003e
