onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Logistics team located in Phoenix Arizona. As a Sr. Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams and provide important spend and volume analysis in support of a dynamic logistics environment.

Performance Objectives

 

• Manage onsemi’s Freight Audit and Pay (FAP) program with our external provider.

• Ensure freight invoices are processed, rated, and paid through our external provider both timely and accurately.

• Collect, standardize, and organize large amounts of data in support of frequent RFQs with transportation providers.

• Support internal organizations such as Finance and Procurement with freight spend details.

• Generate/maintain a local data source of all freight spend details.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing freight activity.

• Maintain rate files detailing all current and recent rates from transportation providers.

• Help manage rates in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Data Analytics utilization to drive efficiencies.

• 5 years professional experience in logistics/transportation.

• Intermediate to Expert level database capabilities, SQL or PL/SQL preferred.

• High level Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Experience with Power BI a plus.

• Experience with FAP, Carrier rate cards and Parcel Rates a plus.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Data Analytics or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.

 • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
