Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed. u00A0Shipping Manager GENERAL SUMMARY:This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control.u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.Produce products that meet or exceed the customersu2019 (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.u00A0BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).SAP experience a plus.Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:u00A0 High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; College Degree preferredu00A0EOE/VETS/DISA
