Townsend Adding 103 Jobs in North Carolina

With the help of a $250,000 grant from the One North Carolina initiative, Townsend, inc. plans to expand its operation in Davie County, North Carolina. The company, which produces and markets poultry products, will create 103 new jobs and invest $700,000 in the expansion.

Townsend already employs 1500 people in North Carolina. This expansion will add a production line for fully cooked products.
