Honeywell to Hire 80 in South Carolina

Honeywell will spend $10.5 million to expand its plant in Clover, South Carolina, adding 80 jobs. The plant currently employs 110.York County has offered Honeywell an undisclosed tax incentive.
The plant, which manufactures protective and safety gloves for firefighters, utility workers and the nuclear power industry, will hire 30 in 2010, with the other 50 planned for 2013.
Morristown, New Jersey’s Honeywell is a major American multinational conglomerate that produces a variety of consumer products, engineering services, and aerospace systems for a wide variety of customers, from private consumers to major corporations and governments.
