Henderson Mine Cuts 50 Workers

Colorado’s Henderson Mine has laid off 50 workers, as parent company Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold suffers from falling metals prices.Freeport-McMoRan says 40 workers were laid off at the mine, and 10 were cut from a mill.
In November, the company laid off 58 mine workers.
