AT&T Lawsuit About Wages Can’t be Pursued as Class-Action

Reuters reports that a labor lawsuit against AT&T cannot go ahead as a class-action claim. The judge in the case said that the claims, from workers at AT&T Mobility, were too disparate to pursue as a group claim. His ruling said that the facts of each case would clog the court system and not result in judicial efficiencies.
