If you’re looking for a job in North Dakota, you could be in luck. The North Dakota Department of Commerce is conducting an online job fair that is offering 170 jobs and internships.
More than 30 companies based in the state will be offering the opportunities through Oct. 31 on www.WebFairND, according to the Web site www.inforum.com.
Commerce Commissioner Shane Goettle commented on the fair in a prepared statement.
“This online career fair has proven to be popular with businesses that use it. It is a low-cost avenue for recruitment that doesn’t involve the travel and expense of traditional career fairs,” Commerce Commissioner Shane Goettle said in a statement.
According to Inforum.com, businesses will be offering virtual booths that describes the job openings and will provide other information. The event will be marketed to those seeking a job as well as students at North Dakota’s colleges.
