Job Overview
My client is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their team in Fermoy. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and administration, excellent communication skills, and be highly organised.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation.
Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, receipts, and inventory.
Process purchase orders and invoices.
Generate reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics and administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
08.30am-17.30pm, Monday to Friday
