DOT log review, preparation and submission. Conducts Safety Training/Orientations. First point of contact for collisions and injuries. Updates/Maintains STAR. Conducts safety meetings in conjunction with other management Handles front line customer requests; identifies and elevates any customer issues if needed. Acts as a liaison between hourly workers and management. Elevates any employee relations issues as appropriate. Quality Assurance. Dispatch/Routing. Driver communications (e.g., location updates, settlement reports, weekly paycheck stubs).
