We're working to transform AAA for the next century with a mission to create Members for life by unleashing the innovative spirit of our Team Members. nResponsibilities: nnArrange and/or administer transportation of customers during the repair of their vehicles via rideshare, rental or company vehiclenPerforms needed clerical or administrative duties to support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents within the location ,Receive parts and process returnsnCreate, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are not availablenAnswer phones when necessarynAssist with invoicing and processing payments when necessarynOther duties as assigned by managernNote: May require travel to different locations on an as needed basisnnKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesnnEffective verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required for the role, as justified for business necessitynEffective organization, interpersonal and negotiation skillsnAbility to work scheduled hours as necessitated by business neednMath and computer skills with experience using software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and emailnMember service focusnnEducation & Experience/ Licenses & CertificationsnnHigh School diploma or equivalent certification (GED)nTwo years' experience in retail/sales/service industry requirednValid driver license and acceptable driving recordnnWork Environment/Physical RequirementsnnAbility to lift and or carry up to 40lbsnSitting, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, liftingnn
