Route Service Representative
Job Summary: As the primary customer contact for our company you will handle all aspects of servicing customers on assigned routes by following company route policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
High level Professional Customer Service
Deliver invoiced product and pick up soiled product at customer sites
Perform inventory audits
Perform satisfaction reports with customers
Leave a clean and orderly work area at customers and our company location
Effectively load and unload vehicle
Effective communication skills
Safe operation of company fleet
Customer Satisfaction and Retention
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age to operate company fleet
Valid non-commercial license in good standing
Safe driving record
Good communication and language skills
Prior customer service, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred
High school diploma, some college is a plus
Basic computer proficiency
Reliable transportation
Physical capable of carrying up to 50 lbs.
