The Transportation Specialist provides transportation for individuals in need of behavioral health services. This position works closely with members
 of the center's case management 
staff in coordinating transportation to and from community-based health centers.  This position is also responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers at all times, including documentation for state, program, and agency standards and the implementation of individualized transportation plans. Must have excellent personal, organizational and communication skills. Also be willing to work with a dynamic, fun team while helping to make a huge difference in the lives of individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Education Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED . Bi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. You must have a valid 
driver
’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance. An excellent driving record required and be able to pass a 
driver
’s license verification for driving agency vehicles.
