- Distribution 1 year
- Material handling 1 year
- Over-the-road driving tractor-trailer combinations, including backing, hooking and dropping trailers and performing routine maintenance 1 year
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as required, even on short notice
- Safe driving record, in accordance with established Starbucks guidelines
- Ability to follow verbal direction
- Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards
- Familiarity with American Institute of Baking (AIB), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies and guidelines
