Responsibilities

Conviva is seeking a Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management that is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous management experience is preferred, Must have problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

The Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management operates and maintains motor vehicles and equipment. Schedules and dispatches the organization's vehicles and drivers. The Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.

The Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management prepares reports on inspection findings and ensures proper vehicle maintenance to comply with prescribed safety regulations. Develops design specifications for vehicle requisitions. May negotiate vehicle and/or equipment purchase terms in coordination with the procurement function. Decisions are typically are related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Holds team members accountable for following established policies.

Job Functions


Manage a team of drivers to complete their daily routes in a timely and safe manner.
Perform payroll, safety audits, customer service investigations.
Analyze daily performance of drivers and be able to communicate findings in thorough detail.
Walking, standing, moving vans, helping patients in to or out of vans, moving boxes (supplies) around office.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
4 - 6 years of related experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong competency in Office programs, Outlook, technology use.
Ability to travel 30% to various centers to resolve issues and engage with center staff, requires visiting centers and inspecting vehicles at parking locations.


Preferred Qualifications


Specific Transportation Management experience
Routing or Dispatching experience
Previous management or leadership experience

Additional Information :
