To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture

Perform various positions as required/assigned

Description

This position is responsible for picking up loads from satellite plants and delivery to receiving plants while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks

Applicants will be considered for any Rendering Driver opening. This position requires a current valid State CDL license. Requires a minimum of 3 years experience driving tractor trailer. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must meet DOT requirements and pass DOT physical examination. Must meet Tyson driver qualification policy. Must be able to withstand hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors. Must be able to read and write in English to complete required logs. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs and ladders up to 15 feet. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview.

Requirements

Applicants who have worked for Tyson three times will not be considered. You must have 6 months of work history with one employer within the past 12 months. Applications are only active for the current requisition in which you applied.
