Responsibilities
The Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management operates and maintains motor vehicles and equipment. Schedules and dispatches the organization's vehicles and drivers. The Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
The Supervisor, Vehicle Fleet Management prepares reports on inspection findings and ensures proper vehicle maintenance to comply with prescribed safety regulations. Decisions are typically are related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Holds team members accountable for following established policies.

Required Qualifications
Must be Bilingual English (read, write & speak) and Spanish (speak).
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with hours/shifts, location/hub (for coverage), with the potential for overtime working weekends and evenings based on business needs.
2 years of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Center hours : Monday to Friday, must be willing to work a flexible shift, overtime and weekends as needed.

Additional Information :
Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
