The Team

In close collaboration with our Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and PVH Brands Business units, we develop innovative and sustainable Supply Chain Networks that drive top-line profitable sales by supporting and enhancing a synergetic and strategic sourcing approach to deliver best-in-class quality products together with our competent and socially compliant partners.

Central Inbound and International Markets Logistics teams are part of the Central Supply Chain Operations Department.  Central Logistics Inbound is responsible for arranging the transportation of PVH Europe goods as from goods delivery at the export consolidator until delivery to PVH Europe DC's assuring the best service is provided at the lowest possible cost. The International Markets Logistics team works with all International Markets (customers) on the integration of individual Markets needs into PVH Europe processes and procedures. We are the spider in the web connecting divisions to DC, vendors to 3PL, and purchasing to sales. The Position

As a member of the Central Inbound Logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the PVH Europe logistics flow by working with our external stakeholders such as forwarders and carriers. You will also be working closely with the divisional operations teams for a smooth goods inbound flow as well as the DCs and Order Fulfillment team. Central Logistics Inbound is a great department to be a part of and we are looking for a colleague with a good work ethos who is also fun to be around and work with.

Key Responsibilities

• Key contact and communicate to our forwarders and carriers for Ocean worldwide shipments.

• Managing the flow of goods to keep them moving at all times.

• Monitoring the container allocation with our carriers and tackling any challenges which may arise.

• Responsible for setting up regular meetings with forwarders, carriers, and divisional operation teams.

• Analyzing forwarder and carrier KPI’s, ensuring our external partners are adhering to the KPI’s we set.

• Delivering and presenting them to our key internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the Central Inbound team and collaborate with International Markets Logistics team members.

• Providing both teams with support and direction by key reporting, analysis, and exception management for all ship modes.

• Reviewing and challenging our current logistics processes to continuously search for solutions.

• Working and communicating with Divisional operations teams, Buying Offices, and vendors.

• Develop and offer divisional training on our logistics processes.

• Maintaining the SAP system with shipment updates.

• Responsible for system issues and trouble shooting with Nexus, 3PL  and carrier systems.

The Ideal Candidate:

• University/Engineering degree and less with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain environment or post-secondary degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain environment.

• Sound knowledge of IT systems (ERP and supply chain planning systems) gained through education and/or experience.

• Superior MS-Office skills (especially MS Excel).

• SAP system knowledge is a preference.

• Ability to generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Open-minded, fun to work with, and willing to embrace a dynamic working environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
