The Logistics Coordinator position will be based in Research Triangle Park, NC.  In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Lab staff, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams. You are a collaborative teammate and demonstrate a strong track record of success in a cross­-functional team environment.
You Will:

• Monitor inbound domestic and international commercial product deliveries including kit shipments to customers and sample shipments to GRAIL
• Resolve shipment exceptions (inbound/outbound)
• Proactively communicate to various groups status of inbound shipments
• Develop and distribute relevant metrics to key stakeholders
• Place kit orders with distribution center
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Document procedures and work instructions
• Support goals and assignments of the supply chain group
• Other tasks as assigned 

Your background will include:

• 2 years of experience working in commercial domestic and international logistics, warehouse, or transportation operation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company procedures
• Knowledge of logistics processes and customs requirements
• Self starter that can work on their own initiative
