Job Description:
Assists all customers (and shop)with required parts & companion part requirements
Provide accurate price quotes/ estimates
Provides quality service to internal and external customers.
Pulls and fills orders from stock/ keep records of stock levels
Manage stock orders and insure clear ongoing communication with team, customers, and vendors
Manage and keep records of inventory
Process and record all part related transactions
Conduct orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
Maintain clean work place environment
Participates in training programs
Keeps current on new products and product updates.
Provide training and supervising of the junior parts person and parts room
Qualifications:
2 years of relevant leadership experience
Strong mechanical knowledge considered an asset *WE WILL TRAIN YOU*
Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to complete assigned work and projects on time
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
