And because you know your customers and their typical freight load,you'llnever be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.CDL-A Dedicated LocalTruck Driver Benefits: Competitive pay: Minimum weekly average is $1,178 - $1,217 per week / $61,261 - $63,290 per year Starting pay .51cpm Average 2,112 - 2,310 miles per week Stop pay of $20 per stop Average 7 stops per week (depending on route) Home daily Working 5 - 6 days per week; some Saturdays as needed Average 12 hours per day Work week starts early Monday morning Estimated start times between 4 a.m.-10 p.m. (depending on route) Hauling food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to customer's store locations in AL, GA, and TN Mix of reefer and dry van - reefer experience not needed, training will be provided 100% no touch freight Drivers able to bid on new routes twice a year Paid time off including 8 paid holidays Excellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $88.90/week for family plans and $34.15/week for individual plans Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability benefits Profit Sharing plan allows you to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement account Referral rewards - cash bonuses for referrals Averitt's fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs.
