Job Responsibilities                                              
Your specific duties as a Operations & Logistics Program Lead will include: 
Compensation (Range): 45-47.50 / hour depending on experience
Operations & Logistics Program Lead. Job Description: Operations & Logistics Lead in support of the In-Vehicle Infotainment Development and Validation Tools team, a part of Enterprise Connectivity In-Vehicle Infotainment development organization. The position requires a take-charge person with outstanding organizational skills. The ideal candidate would have proven administrative skills with great attention to detail. The Logistics & Operations Program Lead will provide onsite direction and accountability to ensure distribution and support of tools, technologies and components are meeting necessary quality, delivery, cost, and timing objectives. Responsibilities include: - Responsible for the overall supply-chain of our commodity management operations, ensuring the right products are delivered to the right people or location on time. - Responsible for overseeing receipt, distribution, shipment and transportation of components and goods, monitoring the flow of goods in-and-out of inventory, overall stock control, warehousing, storage and organization of goods and commodities. - Ensures adherence to project goals, scope, objectives, deliverables & requirements. - Ensures inventory storage locations are safe, clean, organized, accessible, clutter free and maintained in accordance with building safety requirements. - Manage the planning & resolution of shipping requirements, shipping documents, shipment preparation, and scheduling for global deliveries and shipments managed by our operation. - Manages daily operational support planning. Prioritizes & directs operations specific support requests to ensure requirements, timing and priority are captured, fulfillment tasks are assigned to the appropriate support team and next steps are documented in the appropriate JIRA tickets. - Works closely with team leads and PM’s to plan and align the operations team backlog to support current program and project deliverables.

Job Requirements
As a Operations & Logistics Program Lead you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal & written communication skills. - Experience using Microsoft products (Windows 10, Word, Excel, etc.). - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. - Familiarity of the complexities of international shipping, i.e. customs, declarations, taxes, etc. - Ability to work both independently and as a part of a group. - Proactive critical thinking.
5 years of experience in Project Management. - Prior experience managing either automotive or IT commodities. - Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or Magento applications. - Experience working in or administering SharePoint.
Experience planning and managing detailed or complex outcomes. - Experience coordinating the daily activities of a support/operations team.
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or 5 or more years experience in a similar role.
