The recently renovated Embassy Suites Atlanta Buckhead is looking for a Part-Time Bellperson/Shuttle Driver to join their guest services team! This beautiful property has 326 suites and is in the Buckhead fashion district between Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead - just blocks from MARTA rail station! As a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver, you would be responsible for greeting/escorting/transporting arriving and departing guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Shift Pattern: to be considered for this position, a candidate must be able to work both the am shift (7 am to 3 pm) and second shift (3 pm to 11 pm) with flexibility (weekend availability required)

Pay Rate: $10 per hour tips

What will I be doing?

As a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver, you would be responsible for greeting/escorting/transporting arriving and departing guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


Drive the hotel's shuttle
Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
Retrieve and transport guest luggage
Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
Ensure current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
