We are seeking a Driver & Maintenance Assistant
This position coordinates and fulfills all transportation needs for our retirement community campus. The position accepts transportation requests and schedules appointments to optimize the time required to deliver residents, and then drives company vehicles to deliver residents to their planned events or personal appointment. This individual will also assist in a variety of maintenance duties throughout the community.
Qualifications
Requirements Include:
A safe driving record.
CDL License
A passion for working with seniors!
The ability to handle multiple transportation requests at a time, and if necessary, prioritize, and diplomatically communicate the established priorities residents and staff.
The ability to project a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner to residents, families and co-workers.
