Discover why U.S. News & World Report has named us one of Americas Best Hospitals. **Make a difference:** COACH for Kids, a program of the Cedars-Sinai Maxine Dunitz Childrens Health Center is looking for a **Driver** to join their team on a per diem/as needed basis. Our COACH for Kids provides medically underserved children with transitional medical care and social support services, while connecting patients and their families to integrated quality healthcare and to other community resources. Since 1994, COACH for Kids has treated more than 145,000 people free of charge and currently provides a 24-hour staff contact system and a regular, established visit schedule. **What you will be doing in this role:** You will be responsible for driving a 38-foot mobile medical unit (MMU) to various Los Angeles County locations as part of a hospital-based community outreach program. You will drive the Cedars-Sinai owned mobile medical unit to/from designated sites. You will assist with MMU set-up, breakdown, maintenance, fueling, and security. You will assist with checking in patients, inventory of MMU supplies, and other duties as assigned. You will travel to various communities to provide health services in all weather conditions. You may provide health services/community work on various Saturdays/Sundays as needed. #Jobs **Requirements:** Minimum of one year of experience driving passenger van, tractor-trailer, bus, RV, or similar vehicle. Basic knowledge of motor vehicle repair and maintenance. High School Diploma/GED required. DMV - Current Class A or B Commercial California Drivers License **Skills/Experience we are Seeking:** Clean driving record for three years BLS certification by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Full command (verbal and written) of the English language.
