CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits: Competitive pay: Average $1,600 per week/ $83,200 yearly Starting pay of .58 cpm Reaching top pay of .62 cpm in 2 years With .01 cpm increase every 180 days Average 2,500 miles per week $25 stop pay Average 6 stops per week Detention, layover, and breakdown pay when applicable Company sponsored per diem program Weekend home time, routes run Sunday - Friday Deliver pet supplies to customer's retail stores in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida Make deliveries to customer's distribution centers in Garland, TX & Orlando, FL Early morning and late afternoon dispatch Some stores require driver to unload with electric pallet jack, some stores are no touch Vendor backhauls are live load & 3rd party backhauls are live load/unload When running local/ backhaul will make $22 / hour Paid time off including 8 paid holidays Excellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $88.90/week for family plans and $34.15/week for individual plans Rider policy available for legally married spouses Profit Sharing plan allows you to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement account Referral rewards - cash bonuses for referrals Averitt's fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs.
