Job Description:
This position is responsible to monitor E2E flawless execution of sales orders with particular focus on delivery executions in ERA region supporting Logistics operations.
The role also includes the day-to-day activities related to Order, Delivery and Track & Trace Management. The role will require to work directly with Internal and External stakeholders including Customer Operations, Planning, Production and Logistics. The role will also continuously work to improve operations using CI techniques as well as driving excellence in Contract Management by supporting contract holders with analytical insights derived from the transportation management system through frequent communication and operations.
Makes trade off decision being conscious of risk and business impact (HSSE, Cost, Customer impact).
Accountabilities:
Oversight of scheduling functions in SAP and troubleshoot errors.
Maintain transactional and master data accuracy.
Support implementation of all improvement projects using PDCA tool and CI methodology based on data analytics.
Lead Implementation of new hauliers on Transport Visibility.
Effective backorders management.
Act as LSC (Lubricant Supply Chain) interface with Customer Ops & Sales for local markets when required.
Enable proactive communication within logistics operations, LSC and Customer Operation Management.
Day to Day performance management of third party.
Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports.
Track and Trace monitor for each of the deliveries (outbound, returns for both Bulk and Packed products).
Constant control on Transport Management System and Time slot Management.
Responsible for analysing, reporting and presenting consolidated data to stakeholders.
Constantly look for value generation opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
Good understanding of lubricants business – especially Logistics would be an asset.
Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Communication and Analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (MS Access and VBA would be a plus).
Knowledge and experience using SAP.
Fluency in English (min. B2).
Any additional EU languages will be considered as a plus.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
