You will be responsible to create a long-term Logistics strategy that will include:u003cbru003eotLeading our cost savings u0026amp; efficiency programu0026nbsp;u003cbru003eotDeveloping insightful analyticsu003cbru003eotTracking Logistics cost / monthly Pu0026amp;L and be accountable to explain variances vs. budgetu003cbru003eotCreate a systems strategy to integrate / standardize our systemsu003cbru003eotLead projects that will optimize our Supply chain networku003cbru003eotFocus on Customer logistics initiatives to enhance our partnership with our commercial team on topics related to cost to serveu003cbru003e•tResponsible for developing and implementing a multi-year strategy to deliver cost savings and service delivery improvements. This includes collaborating closely with global and the local teams to implement large company-wide initiatives across a highly complex logistics systemu003cbru003e•tOversee major process improvements in process and digital transformation across the logistics fulfillment workstream that improve operational excellence, deliver quality and cost-effective solutions that exceed consumer expectations.u003cbru003e•tInfluence activities across all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain, including internal and external resources to ensure best in class cost, service and customer satisfaction.u003cbru003e•tBuild cross-functional, end to end forward looking capacity planning tools and processes to proactively identify and address operational logistics constraints within the end-to-end supply chainu003cbru003e•tProvide leadership on Logistics processes and tools across the enterpriseu003cbru003e•tBuild a clearly identifiable high-performance culture within Logistics team that embraces operational excellence, lean methodology, sustainability and an E2E mindsetu003cbru003e•tRepresent North American business needs with the Global Supply Chain functional teams, as well as influencing prioritization and investment to drive maximum return for the businessu003cbru003e•tBe a Liaison between the transportation and warehousing execution teams to represent a holistic Logistics viewu003c/pu003enu003c/divu003enu003cdivu003enu003ch4u003e YOUR SKILLSu003c/h4u003enu003cpu003eu003cspanu003e•Minimum 10-15 years’ experienced logistics / supply chain leader with significant experience managing large logistics service providers, complex, multi-channel distribution and regional or multi-site operations. A Bachelor’s degree required.
