$3000 Sign on Bonus

These positions are responsible for picking up eggs from Growers at the various contract Grower Farms, may also be required to deliver chicks to the contract Grower farms, and fill in as a driver at other NWA Live locations as needed. Must keep truck and equipment in good working order, maintain driver's daily logs and fill out all required DOT documentation. Must be willing to work in outside hot or cold and dusty environments. Must be willing to climb up and down stairs to get to/from the work areas and steps in/out of the trucks.

Job Requirements

Position(s) will be for 1st shift (days).

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Must have and maintain Commercial Driver's License.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have at least 1 year CDL driving experience.

Must have previous experience driving tractor/trailer.

Must have a good driving record.

Must have a current DOT medical card.

No DUI/DWI conviction in the past eight (8) years in a personal vehicle. No DUI/DWI conviction in Commercial Motor Vehicle ever. No DOT Drug or Alcohol Violations including Roadside Inspection violations as identified on locations PSP report within the past three (3) years.

Must be able to read, write and have a good basic knowledge of math.

Bending, pulling, twisting, turning, and good hand/eye/foot coordination is required.

Must have general knowledge of locations of all broiler and breeder farms, must be able to operate a Moffat forklift or possess the ability to obtain proper license to operate for loading/unloading purposes.

Must be able to lift (up to 50 lbs.).

Must meet the Tyson Driver Evaluations System requirements.

Must have ten years of work history (employed, unemployed, self-employed or student).

Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered.

Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid class A CDL and pass **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. criteria for OTR drivers. Also, must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience. Applicants must provide 10 years of work history. No rehire for former Tyson Team Members that were termed for gross misconduct. Former Tyson applicants not hired for Falsified Company Records will not be considered for employment. To be considered for employment, you must meet the above criteria and former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 30 calendar days. Applicants that complete an application and do not meet the criteria described in this statement will be removed from the application process.Rehire are eligible including team members employed by other Tyson locations if they have been separated from Tyson Foods for more than 3 years.
