SAIC is seeking a Logistics Manager
to join our team in Pearl City, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
Produce, manage and track all official correspondence within the scope of the Multinational Communications Interoperability Program (MCIP)
Produce manage invitation letters to Flag and General Officers from the MCIP and United States Components
Manage POC lists from events, senior communicators, US Embassy and Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) contacts for MCIP
Manage and maintain shared files for the MCIP located on the shared drive
Coordinate, plan and assist in the production of graphical items needed to conduct multinational workshop

Certificates for participants
Develop logistics plan for movement of multinational personnel to and from workshops and military exercise
Travel to and conduct meetings with hotels and other venues for suitability to host MCIP events
Develop and brief airport (travel) instructions to multinational audience
s
Develop force protection plan for events
Become familiar with Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) and assist US personnel traveling to international locations.
Assist and coordinate multinational social functions with hosting nation.
Develop and execute transportation plans for personnel attending MCIP events
Assist MCIP team in setup of venues for functions
Produce and brief admin briefings daily to attending delegates from MCIP nations during MCIP events
Provide support in Overseas Humanitarian Assistance Shared Information System (OHASIS) for project inquires and communications
Enter and approve travel in Defense Travel System (DTS)
Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelors and 3 years experience; Masters and 1 year experience; 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications
Proficient with suite of MS Office
Have some experience in budgeting and maintain spreadsheets
Able to travel to overseas destinations four to five times a year for up to three weeks at a time
Ability to interact with high-ranking DoD officials, brief and articulate logistical information relevant to the program
Clearance
Candidate must be able to obtain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
