Position Summary:
The Project Analyst will proactively provide ongoing analysis to identify factors that will improve project measurement and performance. This person will apply quantitative and qualitative methods, simulation models, geographic data analysis, data visualization, and other analytical methods to help drive decision making processes. Develop critical KPI metrics and actionable insights towards establishing reliable and consistent reporting mechanisms for monitoring these metrics. The project analyst will have excellent communication and people skills and work closely with internal business divisions, external partners, and technical teams towards translating data into analytical insights that unlock key opportunities for projects within our global portfolio. Must possess the desire to learn new technical skills and practice continuous personal development, have strong attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
1. Act as product owner for analytical solutions, tool creation, using project management methodologies:
Define and gather requirements based on project/business needs (including Key Performance Indicators and Measures of Success) to support project objectives/goals
Cross-functional collaboration with business and IT/technical partners to define varied data inputs/outputs to support project objectives/goals
Assist with design, development, testing, and execution stages to align and ensure project goals are met
2. Act as technical SME on projects as assigned:
Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting functions and analysis
Interpret data using statistical techniques for the purpose of reporting input/output needs for project/business decisions by providing ongoing reports and scenario modeling
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
3. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Leveraging existing systems and field data, provide regular analytics on the macro state of the business
4. Communication Requirements:
Issue and risk identification and resolution, including escalation
Manage intelligence requests that come from a variety of sources, with undefined timelines, by leveraging best practices
Develop and deliver impactful presentations on data findings with actionable recommendations/information for management with clearly articulated qualitative and quantitative business insights
Able to communicate (verbal, written, formal presentation) at all levels of internal and external stakeholders
5. Other duties as assigned

Internal: Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, IT, Supply Technology Partners, PVH Management
External: Global Supply Vendors, external 3PL partners
Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect technical resource assignment and collaboration

Travel: Domestic and/or International travel as required, potential 10-20%
Decision Making:
Must decide proper channels of communication flow depending on project at hand.
Collaboration with business/IT/Technical partners to determine best method of presenting and maintaining information.
Resourcefulness/Creativity:
Will have to be creative at times with thinking outside of the box to find alternative methods to determine how to access data and create required reports.
Environment:
Remote/WFH, or PVH office locations
Global Web-Ex Meetings with internal and external partners (Vendors, Supply, IT, etc)
Education & Experience:
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, or 3-5 years’ relevant experience
Proven working experience in an analytical field or a degree in a relevant field is preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Independent, self-directed, with the ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate change Exceptional skills in creative problem solving, study and reporting design, time management, self-confidence, data mining, analysis, accountability, practicality, client relations, communication, and presentation Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Uses rigid ethical considerations to guide decisions and act in accordance with Company values Must have strong point of view on the proper application of data-driven analysis to business scenarios, and be able to select appropriate methodologies Evidence of forming synergies and maintenance of smooth, effective internal and external working relationships Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel required.

Excellent analytical skills required
Solid oral and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of database design and data communication design concept
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Broad knowledge of supply chain processes and planning systems is a plus
Knowledge or experience with reporting packages
Business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
Databases (Access, SQL, Python, Oracle etc.)
Warehouse Management Software (Manhattan, etc)
Supply software (JDA, etc)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup, macros, VBA, etc)
