And becauseyou know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments. As a Dedicated Truck Driver, you can expect: Competitive pay: Average $1,287 per week, $66,950 per year Starting pay of $25.75 per hour Guaranteed 45 hours per week but average 50 - 55 hours a week Home every day! Leave Rochelle, IL each morning between 2 & 7 a.m. depending on the route Returning in the afternoon each day Coverage area is IL, WI and IN Hook to pre-loaded trailers to start the day Deliver building material dry wall, lumber, etc. to retail and non-retail locations (some palletized) No touch freight, only need to strap the load Primarily pulling curtainside flatbed trailers with slight possibility of pulling a flatbed If tarping is required (inclement weather) will receive $10 per stop Provided hard hats and vests must always be worn when out of the truck on the property Steel toe shoes required, driver will need to purchase PAID TRAINING!
