Perform a wide variety of assigned material handling duties to load, unload, and transport heavy material throughout the plant and in the DFW area while operating various types of vehicles. Deliver and pick up material internally and externally. Keeps records of service tickets and make periodic inventories of equipment. Use wireless tablets to status and complete move tickets daily. Verify material being transported with proper paperwork and/or bill of lading. Operate forklift, flatbed, tow truck, burden carrier, nitrogen converter to refill high-pressure air bottles. Insure vehicles are properly loaded to avoid shifting/damage of material and comply with all Federal, State, and Company regulations. Keep work area clean and Keep vehicle in safe, clean, and orderly appearance and report any accidents or mechanical defects to supervision. Driver will maintain a Commercial Driver’s License class A (CDL), and comply with all Federal, State, and Company regulations pertaining to CDL requirements. Maintain DOT required daily logs and daily vehicle inspections. May be required to operate trailer trucks with oversized loads in accordance with Federal and State requirements as required by management. May be required to make overnight long haul trips. This position may require a Tuesday through Friday 4/10 schedule.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- One to three years of related experience.
- Class A CDL required.
- Material handling equipment operation and forklift experience.
- Must have the ability to work 1st or 2nd shift according the collective bargaining agreement.
- Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. DOD Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Hazmat certified.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to drive a wrecker.
