Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading and directing Tyson's Contract Carriers to achieve business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include: monitoring Carrier Compliance; on time service management: Carrier problem resolution; other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: 1 plus years transportation experience.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills Microsoft Office is a plus; Tyson Business Computer Systems to include Sale Inventory SAP Transportation and Warehousing Systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Supervisory: Position acts as a team leader providing functional supervision for other members of the work unit such as assigning work and training lower level employees.

Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year.
