Dedicated truck drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike our other dedicated accounts, our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers. As a dedicated flex driver, you'll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week.As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you can expect: Competitive pay: Average $87,600 per year for experienced drivers and 1-3 week trainees Guaranteed minimum of $72,800 per year/$1,400 guaranteed minimum each week for all drivers! (If available to work the entire week and training is completed) Average $1,650 per week Starting pay is .60 cpm Increase to .62 cpm at 6 months Top pay of .64 cpm reached in 1 year Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on Stop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts) Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable Company sponsored per diem program Home weekly, drivers who wish to accept two-week assignments, with a 34-hour reset on the road, will receive an additional $200 in per diem Job Requirements: Drivers must have Class A CDL Being adaptable to change and having the desire to work with a wide variety of freight Occasionally support other Averitt operations when needed; to ensure you'll always be rolling Serve multiple customers, will only work for 1 account at a time (a minimum of 1 week or until the customer's needs are met) then haul another dedicated customer's product CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits: Paid time off including 8 paid holidays Excellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $88.90/week for family plans and $34.15/week for individual plans Rider policy available for legally married spouses Profit Sharing plan allows you to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement account Referral rewards - cash bonuses for referrals Averitt's fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs.
