Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for accurately tracking and recording incoming and/or out-going shipments, preparing documentation as required, communicating with guards on incoming tractors/trailers, ensuring trailers are in doors in timely manner, coordinating trailer moves with yard jockey, maintaining and verifying the yard map, ensuring yard checks are completed at appropriate times, data entry for WMS system, answering phone calls and attending to the driver window, training other team members in SRC position, responding to pertinent emails, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position will be under Attendance Management Support Policy.

Requirements: Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 1-year related experience in transportation/trucking/distribution industry preferred.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent and verbal communication skills.
