This position is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Department: These positions are in the Transportation Department as a Shag Driver. This position requires continuously moving trailers in and out of loading dock. Must have a current valid driver's license.

Tasks include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 50 lbs) and reaching. This position will climb in and out of trucks repeatedly. Since this position works outside in the seasonal weather, this position can work in a hot, humid environment or cold, damp environment and slippery surfaces. Must be willing to stand or walk on hard floors 8 – 10 hours a day.

Requirements:

Must have experience with moving trailers. Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and available for overtime. Days off varies.
