The Role
Assist with the coordination of pick up and drop off of patients
Helps escalates complex issues and complaints to transportation supervisor
Knowledge of routes in Miami Dade, Broward and Suncoast, FL
Help arrange transportation with third parties such as Uber and Lyft
Maintain a valid FL driver's license with minimal infraction record

Vaccine Policy
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
Required Qualifications
Basic Computer and Smart Phone/Tablet skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule with hours/shifts, location/hub (for coverage), with the potential for overtime working weekends and evenings based on business needs.
Good driving record and knowledge of streets and addresses in the driving area.
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Must have basic mechanical skills and ability to inspect vehicles daily to ensure working condition, e.g. fluid levels, seatbelt and safety straps, lights and signals, tires.
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
Professional experience driving commercial/oversized vehicles
Wheelchair-bound and/or patient transportation services experience
CPR certification
High School Diploma or GED.
Center hours
: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, must be willing to work a flexible shift, overtime and weekends as needed.
