Class B Jobs

A Class B professional provides world-class customer service to include deliveries, order writing, and merchandising. A Class B professional develops business growth and working relationships with owners, buyers, and district managers. A Class B professional achieves distribution penetration targets on new item execution and improved product placements. A Class B professional is called on by and executes new accounts within various markets. A Class B professional is responsible for achieving route growth targets through effective selling and merchandising. A Class B professional achieves market share growth for the given brand portfolio. A Class B professional plans and maintains effective inventory levels to meet both the customer and trucker needs. A Class B professional participates in customer resets as market growth dictates. A Class B professional also maintains a high activity/productivity level and operates with vigor, effectiveness, and determination over extended periods of time.
A strong Class B candidate should have a high school diploma or its equivalent. A solid candidate should have three years of professional driving experience with a Class B license and two or more years of experience in a business environment. A strong candidate must be willing and able to obtain a Class B license with an airbrake endorsement within 30 days of the hire date. A Class B candidate should have the ability to use computer ordering equipment and have basic math skills.
